How Export Orders Work
There is no fixed MOQ — order size is discussed per inquiry. Full container load (FCL) orders typically achieve the most competitive per-unit shipping cost; smaller orders are welcome but carry a proportionally higher shipping cost per unit.
Lead time depends on the model ordered. Standard, unmodified PTO units generally ship quickly. Heavily modified or custom-engineered units require additional production time — send us your specification for an accurate timeline.
We support EXW, FOB, and CIF shipping terms, and can accommodate other arrangements on request — contact our export team to discuss the best option for your destination.

If your country isn't listed, contact us — we ship worldwide on request.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export orders?
No fixed MOQ. Order size is discussed case by case — ordering a full container load (FCL) typically brings the per-unit shipping cost down, but smaller orders are also welcome.
What Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB, and CIF are all supported. Other arrangements can be discussed with our export team.
How long does an export order take to produce and ship?
It depends on the model. Standard, unmodified PTO units generally move quickly. Heavily customized or modified units need additional engineering and production time — send your specification for an accurate estimate.
Do you provide product certifications for customs or import purposes?
Yes. VPS Equipment holds ISO 9001, Green Industry, and Made in Thailand (MiTH) certifications, and can provide relevant documentation on request for your import process.
Not sure which unit fits your gearbox?
Photograph the PTO opening on the side of your gearbox, and the plate if you can read it. Send it over and we will tell you which unit fits before you order — whatever the truck, wherever it is.
One clear photo of the opening is usually enough. If you are not at the truck, send us the gearbox model instead.
