VPS Equipment manufactures Power Take-Off (PTO) units in Thailand — and installs them too. Our technicians fit PTOs to Hino, Isuzu, Nissan UD, Mitsubishi Fuso, Hyundai, Volvo, ZF and Eaton gearboxes, connect them to the hydraulic pump or equipment they drive, and check the whole system before the truck goes back to work.
Because we build the PTOs ourselves, the technicians fitting them know each model’s fit and ratio — and if a truck needs something adapted, we can modify parts to suit.

Control Systems
Complete PTO Systems — Every Control Type
A PTO is only as good as the way it engages. We fit the whole system: the control in the cab, the engagement mechanism on the unit, and the output to the pump or drive shaft.
Cable-shift PTO
Engaged with a pull cable from the cab. Fully mechanical, simple to operate and easy to service.
Air-shift — suction type
An air cylinder pulls the PTO into engagement, switched from the cab. Suits trucks that already run an air system.
Air-shift — push type
The same cab switch with a push-type cylinder, chosen to match the gearbox and the space around the PTO opening.
Cable-shift, direct pump mount
The hydraulic pump bolts straight onto the PTO — no drive shaft needed, which saves space and removes an alignment point.
Air-shift, direct pump mount
A directly mounted pump with air engagement from the cab — a common set-up on mixers, cranes and tankers.
Drive-shaft (cardan) output
Power goes out through a drive shaft to a pump or piece of equipment mounted away from the gearbox. We check the shaft angle and alignment as we fit it.
Pump flanges: SAE, UNI and ISO
Direct-mount work covers SAE, UNI and ISO pump flange standards. Send us the pump model — or a photo of the flange — and we’ll confirm the flange and shaft before the job starts.

How long does PTO installation take?
Most installations take about 2–3 hours per truck. Jobs that need parts modified can take longer.
Can your technicians install the PTO at my location?
Yes. We can install at our Pathum Thani factory or travel to your site. Travel cost is quoted based on distance.
Which PTO control types can you install?
All of them: cable-shift, air-shift (suction or push), cable- or air-shift with the pump mounted directly on the PTO, and drive-shaft (cardan) output.
Which pump flange standards do you fit?
SAE, UNI and ISO. Send us the pump model or a photo of the flange and we’ll confirm the flange and the shaft spline before the job.
What should I send you before booking?
Your truck brand and model, the gearbox model, what the PTO has to drive (the pump or equipment model if you know it), and where the truck is. A photo of the gearbox speeds things up.
Can you install an electronic throttle at the same time?
Yes — we install electronic throttle (engine RPM) controls, which keep engine speed steady for PTO-driven hydraulics. What is an electronic throttle?
Do you install PTOs from other manufacturers?
Our service is mainly for VPS PTOs, which we know inside out. Contact us about your truck and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Can I install a PTO myself?
Experienced mechanics can, but details such as gasket count, bolt torque and oil levels differ by model. See our installation guide, or let our technicians fit it for you.
